Know that by knowing yourself- you are healing everyone else.” Yes yes yes. Thank you for sharing your wise words. This is already my favorite newsletter, and you are a true Emotional Intelligence Queen.
Over-giving and under-prioritizing are two things I’ve been conditioned to believe are admirable traits. And of course, if you’re an admirable person, you are a good person. So much learning, unlearning, and relearning has to happen in order to heal. Thank you for your beautiful words and beautiful soul ✨
Just a beginner here but recently I woke up way before my alarm. Filled with negative anticipation about the day ahead I started to repeat “today will be awesome “ for what seemed like a half hour but was probably closer to 5 minutes. Somehow it worked and I went into a long day at work with a much better attitude. Today’s newsletter was so inspiring to go a bit further down the path toward genuine happiness. Thank you Kaylen for this priceless gift.
Thank you so much for reading, and for gently nudging me to use Substack!! You are the reason this newsletter is here! 🙏
