The only differences are I write in a word doc first and write my headline last! Also a Brene super-fan. And also am slightly crestfallen when I get an unsubscribe (which I know you can turn off that notification, but I haven't been able to bring myself to that yet). Someone said once that it's a helpful indicator that you are finding your right audience and you don't have to be everyone's cup of tea, so I try to remember that.
